Soft tissue massage

Our practitioners are skilled in a variety of Eastern and Western soft tissue therapies for injured or restricted tissues (muscles, tendons, and ligaments).

Soft tissue therapy complements acupuncture treatments. Massage is not offered separately to acupuncture.

Please allow up to 90 minutes for your initial acupuncture session, and 60 minutes for follow-up sessions. For more on what to expect, click here.

Trigger point therapy

This technique releases painful knots in muscle with the direct application of finger pressure.

Swedish therapeutic massage

This technique employs deep tissue release and stretching.

Tui na massage

This technique applies a combination of Chinese massage and acupressure to relieve pain, promote healing and improve overall health.

Gua sha massage

This technique uses a smooth massage tool to relieve pain and increase circulation, releasing fascial restrictions and muscle tension.
